I like the exercises but it would be better if it told you how long to do a certain arm exercise and if it did not close out .
Its very difficult to do the exercises when ads are constantly popping up in front of the instructions.
Too many pop up ads only kept the app for about 5 minutes before wanting to poke my eyes out!
This app has a handy stopwatch that recommends you do each exercise for one continuous minute. It is quite difficult to keep track of your time when ads pop up every twenty seconds! I have to stop the exercises to close the ads!
